My name is James Osborne, I am 13 years old and I go to Marana Middle School and this year I am in the brand new Ironwood Ranchers Community Club! We are a 4-H club that is run by youth members, we create and vote on our own policies and work together to accomplish goals. Other than poultry, I also show pygmy goats. This is my 3rd year showing pygmy goat and my sixth year in poultry. I also compete in the Florence Cowboy Triathalon Gymkhana every month. I am also very active in my school, I play midfield on the soccer team, I am the president of my FFA club (the only middle school with a FFA chapter in Southern Arizona) and received my Discovery Degree last May. I am also a member of the National Juniors Honors Society.

Ironwood Gables Captain Comet won best Wether in pygmy goat breed show
My White Plymouth Rock Cock won Reserve Champion Bantam of the show. Out of 800+ birds entered into the show. I am proud of my breeding program. I also earned 3rd Overall Intermediate High point Showman.
My turkey earned a blue ribbon in judging which means I get to auction it off. My Lot number is 76. The Auction will be on April, 27th at 10:00 am. 2 out of 3 goals were met this year, My turkey was 37 pounds by fair and I am proud of my feeding program. I will try again with my goal of getting Grand Champion Market Turkey Next year.
